At Capsul8, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

• Refunds are only available for first-time purchases and not for renewals.
• To request a refund, contact us at office@bulldog-adv.com with your order details.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.
• After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
• You can also cancel your subscription plan yourself at any time using the Paddle Customer Portal, accessible from the Billing page.
